We aim to give confidence, emotional & administrative support and physical help to enable your clients to move home. 

• Usually we start with an in depth discussion with the client, taking time to listen to their concerns and preferences.  With the clients' permission you, another advocate or friend are very welcome to attend this meeting.
• After evaluating the client's needs we send a fixed priced quotation. Prices typically range from several hundred to five thousand pounds.
• Once our quotation has been accepted we start work and will keep all requested parties informed of progress, according to the client's wishes.
• We aim to save money and time by negotiating with third parties on the client's behalf.
• As specialists we help you solve complicated issues, minimising the case time for you.
• Many organisations utilise our feedback forms to ensure that clients have receiving an excellent and fair service.
