Either arrange to escort the clients to see properties or view ourselves and report back to client. Liaise with letting/sales agents regarding terms of lease, inventory check and transfer of utilities
• Orientation tour to give clients an overview of the different areas which match their requirements
• School search and admissions Source and identify schools to match client’s brief, prepare admissions and administrative details, support through interview process
• Support and advice to help guide clients through the unfamiliar parts of a different country including local information such as medical & dental registration, council facilities, arts facilities, transport systems and timetables, resident parking applications and more
• Unpacking & practical services to help clients settle into their new home
• Specialist help for parents utilizing our wide knowledge of older people’s accommodation and care requirements
